GPD Melon (2019) 370205

A high-quality, yellow-skinned thick-rind melon variety. It is medium-maturing, with a full growth period of 130–140 days in spring cropping, and 45–55 days from pollination of female flowers to fruit maturity. The plants exhibit strong growth vigor, high disease resistance, good heat tolerance, and resistance to aging. They set fruit easily, typically at the 9th to 12th nodes. The fruits are elliptical, covered with fine and dense yellow netting. The flesh is orange-red, crisp, and flavorful, with thick flesh. The average fruit weight is about 3.0 kg, and the central soluble solids content is approximately 16%. Compared to other similar Hami melon varieties, "Du Mi No. 3" stands out for its high yield, resistance to premature aging, and good storage and transport tolerance.

صنف شمام عالي الجودة، ذو قشرة صفراء سميكة. وهو صنف متوسط النضج، تبلغ دورة حياته الكاملة في محصول الربيع ١٣٠-١٤٠ يوماً، ومن تفتح الزهرة المؤنثة والتلقيح حتى نضج الثمرة ٤٥-٥٥ يوماً. يتميز بنمو قوي نسبياً، ومقاومة عالية للأمراض، وتحمل جيد للحرارة ومقاومة الشيخوخة. يسهل عقد الثمار، حيث يُختار العقد عادةً بين العقدة التاسعة والثانية عشرة. الثمار بيضاوية الشكل، مغطاة بشبكة صفراء ناعمة وكاملة. لُب الثمرة برتقالي محمر، وقوامه مقرمش، ونكهته جيدة، وسميك اللحم. يبلغ متوسط وزن الثمرة الواحدة حوالي ٣٫٠ كيلوجرام، ويصل محتوى المواد الصلبة الذائبة المركزة (السكريات) إلى حوالي ١٦٪. مقارنةً بأصناف الشمام الأخرى من نفس النوع (هامي)، فإن المزايا البارزة لصنف "دو مي ٣ هاو" هي: الإنتاجية العالية، ومقاومة الشيخوخة المبكرة، والتحمل الجيد للتخزين والنقل.
